I began my career in engineering services, working on shipbuilding projects and later as an SME in a software firm for ship design. My interest in product development led me to the wind energy sector, where I worked on end-to-end wind turbine design and project execution. These roles deepened my understanding of building complex systems.
To gain a business perspective and answer the “why” behind what we build, I pursued an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Post-MBA, I worked on infrastructure programs in techno-commercial roles, combining technical depth with strategic thinking. This phase helped me integrate operations, governance, and business value delivery.
I later launched a B2B platform for custom-made engineering goods, and now work as a Program Management Consultant in IT services. My focus is on digital transformation, program governance, and stakeholder alignment. With 14 years of cross-industry experience, I continue to build tools and frameworks to drive value at the intersection of business and technology.
During COVID, I turned to writing as both a creative outlet and a tool for clarity.
What started as an outlet during the quiet moments of the pandemic has evolved into a deeper exploration of technology, work, and change. Over time, it’s grown into a practice of distilling complex ideas on tech, strategy, and transformation into relatable, actionable narratives.
